TTK is a not-for-profit organisation which is composed of members of management committee and the general assembly.

The Trustees members of the management committee meet once every month to prepare the agenda and to discuss relevant issues which should be tackled within the organisation.

The general assembly is held also once month where members gather to discuss the agenda elaborated by the management committee. At the end of each meeting a contribution is collected in order to fund the projects of the organisation.

Minutes of meeting are maintained, and financial reports prepared by the management committee and then passed to the treasurer for approval before being submitted to the assembly for discussion.

TTK has an office situated at 107 West green Road, London N15 5DE in which a telephone line is connected for all communication. In addition to that, it has a website where the wide world visit and give us their feedback. It also gives an opportunity to those who intend to join the organisation to register their interest online.
